Hog– .50 cents per LB includes cutting, double wrap, freezing plus a slaughtering fee of $25.00. Additional fees as follows:
.45 cents per LB for Hams and Bacon cured and smoked
.45 cents per LB for large link sausage
.55 cents per LB for fingerlink sausage.
Example of pricing: Hog (average weight) 160 LB with Curing and smoking and linked sausage approx. $130
Feel free to bring your own fresh hams and bacon and we would be happy to cure and smoke them for $.75 per LB. * Note we do not slice, cut or wrap these items!!!
Cattle- .50 cents per LB plus a $25 slaughting fee. Cutting, double wrap and freezing included. (Prices based off of hanging weight)
We can also make ground beef patties for an additional .15 cents per LB.
Lamb– .50 cents per LB includes cutting, double wrap, freezing plus a slaughtering fee of $20.00
